If you suspect or see something is broken you can call me out for that specifically and it will be done that day. There is a $60 initial service fee for repair calls, in addition to flat rate repair costs.

Renovations
Good system design incorporates a lot of factors. Perfect lawns require perfect precipitation. If you’re not happy with the performance of your system or if it needs extensive repairs anyway I can redesign it using the existing pipes and valves. The extent and detail of the new design can be adjusted to match your budget, when you call me out to redesign the system I can give you multiple proposal offers so you can choose how far you want to go with it. More can always be done later, but often some of it needs to be done anyway because some of these designs I see other companies put in are way below acceptable.

Not only is there a 5 year warranty on all new heads, I’m so confident in my skills I offer a 10 year warranty on all in ground pipe from leaks due to damaged fittings and burst pipe. After completion you will be provided a complete map not only of every head and valve location, but each head is serialized so when we change them you know and can prove which head has a fresh 5-year warranty. There is clearly a problem here, your lawn should not squish when you walk on it and it should grow in thick and full, not patchy. In this case the problem was that under two inches of loam was dense hard pack, this affects water retention and drainage from your lawn. Two weeks after my visit the grass was well on the way to recovery.
